There are 2 options : 60 minute Movement & Stillness OR 70 minute Thai Yoga Bodywork



Movement & Stillness (60 min)
Energetic, Physical or Skill based sessions
A personalised session based on your needs using a mix of:
• Pilates for strength + alignment
• Yoga & Yin for energetic & nervous system support
• Yin for nervous system support
• Light hands-on bodywork where needed
• Skill-based : handstands, forearm stands, splits, arm balances
Perfect for you if:
You want to build confidence or skill, feel more at home in your body, or shift your energy through movement and conscious rest.
Thai Yoga Bodywork (70 min)
*Bookings opening for mid-August
A fully-clothed, floor-based session that blends:
• Passive stretching (inspired by yoga)
• Acupressure along energy lines
• Rhythmic compression + supported rest
Perfect for you if:
You’re craving deep reset — physically, emotionally, energetically. This session supports circulation, releases tension, and helps regulate the nervous system.
