  • Mobility & activation : unblock & energize your body with a practice inspired by Pilates and Yoga, fuelled by conscious breath

  • Playtime with transitions + handstands : Spring is a time of upward movement, expansion, and possibility—so we’ll be "springing" into our practice with dynamic transitions, jump-throughs, and handstand play, inviting lightness and curiosity

  • Pause : Take a brief moment with herbal teas and a nourishing snack to recharge body and mind

  • Yin Yoga to Sound : Unravel deeply with long held passive poses, leaning into the Spring/Wood channels within our bodies. We’ll close with a 30 minute Savasana-Soundbath, to fully absorb the practice

  • Please wrap up warm - cosy layers to keep the body comfortable

  • All props provided (bolster, blocks, blanket). Bring a towel/additional props if you’d like

  • Doors open at 2.10pm.

  • Doors close at 2.20pm to start the session

  • Accessibility : stairs are used to get to the studio upstairs

  • Pregnancy : please consult your healthcare provider about the soundbath and yin, & email before booking your mat

From a broken leg end ‘23, to my longest run since (& first ever run event). Had a lot of fun at London’s biggest half! 🎉⠀
⁣And in March I was introduced to Scrabble, beat “Beverly” from Northampton 4x, & found Ritter Sport Vegan. A good month 💛⠀
