Yin to Soundbath - Sunday 23rd February (3.20pm at Samya Studio. Islington). Doors close at 3.30pm.

  • Yin Yoga 40 minutes : Unravel deeply with long held passive poses, learning & leaning into the Spring/Wood element within our bodies (no experience needed)

  • Soundbath - Savasana 30 minutes : deep rest through sound & stillness, using frequencies from an Earth gong & soundbowls

  • Please wrap up warm - cosy layers to keep the body comfortable

  • All props provided (bolster, blocks, blanket). Bring a towel/additional props if you’d like

  • Doors open at 3.20pm. A workshop will be taking place just before, so please note the doors will be locked until 3.20pm

  • Doors close at 3.30pm to start the session

  • Accessibility : stairs are used to get to the studio upstairs

  • Pregnancy : please consult your healthcare provider about the soundbath and yin, & email before booking your mat
